Form not saving

After going into your design tool when I try to save my form it will not save. Dot just keep going round and round on the save button making it appear it's trying to save, but never finishes.  It would continue like this for hours if I let it.

Can you please help as we urgently need to use this form?

I have already tried clearing my cache and tried this in the latest versions of both Chrome and Firefox.
