I am contacting you to ask about your Support and After Sales service. I would like to know if it is an online service only (mail, form, internet,...) or you have as well a phoning service ?
My second question is about the language used, is it only in english or you have as well a french Support service?

We provide technical support through this forum and email. Sometimes, chat is available if there are enough support staff. We don't have a phone support. I would recommend using the forum because the response time here is much faster than on the email.
We use English language to communicate with our customers. Although, if the customer posted a thread using a different language, I personally use Google Translate to understand the customer. However, my reply to the customer is in English language.
