please downgrade my current plan

    I am trying to downgrade my current plan but not able to do so. Please downgrade it to free usage.

    According to our records, your subscription was cancelled this morning by one of our support team members.  You will retain your paid benefits until May 12th 2015, at which time your account will be automatically downgraded back to "Free" and you will no longer be billed.
