why are none of my form field conditions working all of the sudden?

I'm developing a new form little by little.  Up until today, the field conditions have worked fine.  None of them is working now.  Please help.

It's working now.  No idea why. No changes by me.

This problem is back.  I have scores of fields (sail panel color images) and 2 error text fields that are showing as soon as the form opens even though there are conditional statements saying to show them only under certain circumstances.  The problem does not occur in Firefox or Safari.  I didn't check IE, but I see it happening in Chrome for sure.  It happened earlier today, but stopped.  Now it's happening again.

I have cleared my form cache and cleared my browser cache to no avail.  I also cloned the form, but the cloned form has the same problem.

I've checked your form and was unable to see the 2 text errors you're mentioned when I loaded the form for the first time.

Since you're mentioning that this is an intermittent problem, can you please clear your browser's cache and load your form again? I've also cleared your form's cache to see if it helps.

As i said in my post, I had already tried clearing the form and browser caches as well as cloning the form.

I broke down and used the iFrame embed, and it works fine.  So I guess I'm all set.
