Is there a feature that allows a drop down list to access a data base to autofill other information?

Asked by Jordan Kennedy  on April 13, 2015 at 09:42 AM

I'm looking for a program in which I can custom build a form. One of the main things I am looking for is the ability for the form to access a data base that can auto fill. For example, the drop down list contains a list of names and once a particular name is selected, a street address, city, state, and phone number will auto fill in lines below.

I hope this question makes sense.

    Thank you,

    Jordan Kennedy

Our forms do not currently have the ability to populate field options from outside sources.  You can however get the full source code of your form and integrate that with your database:

However this would more than likely require the assistance of developer to accomplish.
