Problem with DESIGNER editor

I selected a ready and applied model on my site and it worked

I entered the DESIGNER editor to change the color of sources: only changed it and saved

I returned to the site and updated the screen: the form is no longer displayed correctly

Why do I get this?

The site has not yet been published, is in development and work place.
