The above links can be used as a reference, they have a lot of tutorials and guides on how to help you create your form.

If you would like to share your forms to other people, you can do that by clicking the "Embed Form" options in your form builder. You can use the direct link of the form and share it to other people (copy the link and email it to a person), they will just need to open it on a web browser and fill out the form there. You can also embed your form to difference platforms, like your website or other social networking sites.

I got phishing message when i test sent to my gmail, is it something i'm doing wrong?

Since we emulate the 'From' address, Google might show the warning.

You might consider using our noreply@jotform.com 'From' address to avoid the phishing warning, or manually sending the invitations from your @gmail.com inbox.
