Add a signature and send it to different people?

and have the other person type their names to create a signature?

(that kind of form - or even a dual signature sent to 2 separate people)

If you would like to send the submission of the form to specific people, you can properly use an autoresponder for that, here's a guide on how to set it up: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder. This will let you create an auto-reply email that can be sent to the person who filled out your form.
