Zoho CRM: Option to trigger workflow rules for Leads/Contacts "wftrigger = true".

    i too vote for this feature. i have asked zoho and they said

    "wftrigger = true"

    has to be passed by api.

    when ever this feature is added please let us know in this thread.

    I am creating a feature request to add an option to trigger Zoho CRM workflow rules through "wftrigger=true" and sending it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Any word on this?   I'm not sure why this has / can't be added to the API code with the Zoho API.  

    Without that line of code, we can't begin workflows or automate any processes.  

    As we keep growing, this is becoming more and more necessary for our business.  We love jotform and it has been working great, but if this can't, or won't be added anytime soon (I have asked for this over 6 months ago in a separate thread) we will be forced to go to another form builder who has this working.


    Please let me know what the status of this is, so that we can decide how we will proceed forward.

    Sorry but there is still no updates about this request. Unfortunately, this feature is mark with less priority, it may be due to the number of users requesting this. 

    However, I found a workaround using Zapier. You can integrate Jotform to Zoho at Zapier and enable workflow as seen on the example below.

    This is now available. Simply select "Yes" from the "Trigger Workflow?" option in our Zoho integration wizard.
