    3.  How does the form get embedded in this email so my next level of reviewers can access the full form.  Hopefully that was not what I deleted in question #2.

To give them access to the submitted data, all you need to do is to add the {edit_link} tag in the body of email notification that you are sending to them.

To place it at the right place, just click on the location where you want it to be shown on the left and then click on the option for it on the right (the one highlighted in the screenshot above).

Thank you.  I just didn't scroll far enough  down that list.  The PDF link--does that give someone the ability to link to a PDF and print it?  Does anything else need to be done (i.e. create a PDF) to have this link actually work.

I keep finding all these wonderful surprises in this software.  Good job.

Each time a submission is made, the PDF is created and available for download. Once downloaded it can be printed out, saved, or not even downloaded - depending on your and your clients choices.

These files do not use your upload space and can be set to show or hide certain information based on your own desire.

The layout will be the same as if you went to Submissions Panel and downloaded a PDF of single submission. Using this link you do not need to log into your account and others can simply get it without knowing your user account details.

If you need any assistance in setting the PDF up, do let us know and feel free to make a submission on your form to see what kind of email will be sent (this would not work by using Test Email button - it requires real submission to work).

So I can put the PDF link in an autoresponder or thank you email (or do I need to use notifier) to the submitter and they will be able to print a PDF from the link.  I can do this instead of using a print button on the form?  Or do I need to set up a form field asking if they want to print and set up a condition to email them a PDF link upon submission (either through notifier, autoresponder or thank you?

Sorry for all these questions. learning a lot.

Since you have questions about PDF link and the original question was about edit link (and we can only assist with one at a time) I have moved this to a new thread where we will be happy to answer all questions related to it :) )

This is the new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/551769 and we would be replying to it shortly.
