Form over quota

    I am getting an error when I click on my form link saying form over quota. The form only has one submission and it is not even on https. I checked a few of my recent forms and none of them are on https. 

    What can I do to fix this. People are trying to sign up now and it is not working.

    I tested forms you provided and I was able to open both of them. I have also check your form and they are not SSL forms. Also you have only 18 submissions this month and your account is active.
