Report of Server Errors

    Are you having server errors again today?  I have received reports from our clients trying to register for an event through JotForms that they are receiving server errors again today after the cursor spins for a very long time.  Please Advise.  Thank you.

    Hi,

    Our major hosting provider did report some congestion issues earlier this morning with their Ashburn Virginia location.  This has since been fixed.  Though I am unsure which server your users are connecting to, that should have been the only cause for slowdowns as far as I can tell.  If your users are still having issues completing your form at this time, let us know and we will be happy to have a closer look.  Everything should now be 100%.
