Good afternoon -
I'm having an issue with my username. When I go to the home screen, and click on Login - I enter my username and password (Username: email@example.com), which signs me into my account. However - once I click on the person icon and check my account, it makes me sign in again. I enter the same credentials and it tells me that my username is invalid.
Any idea why this is happening?

You are unable to log into your account due it not being registered yet. Register an account using the same email address you used to create your forms and your subscription and forms should be placed with your new registered account. If they are not, let us know know and we will be happy to transfer the forms and subscription manually.
