Notification Emails Not Coming through if attachments at included with form response...
When I do a test submission form WITHOUT attachments, the notification emails comes into my work email account.
However, when I add attachments to the submission form, the form shows up in my JotForm account inbox, but not my work account.
Please advise...eager to get this working asap.

I've created a cloned version of your form and was unable to reproduce the issue on my side.
Since you've set the upload field as not required if the files are not completely uploaded in the form then the submission will not be fully completed and this could probably cause the email notification won't get triggered.
I suggest you to set the file upload field as required to make sure that all files are properly uploaded before the form is submitted.
