Fields missing inside of Notification

    Hi!

     

     have made some forms with af prechecked fields ( newsletter signup)

     

    In the mails I receive from you - those fields aren't included. How can I fix that?

    I have checked your form and inside of your Email Notification your prechecked check box field is missing and because of that that field is missing from your submissions. You need to add name of that field inside of your Notification and also the value of that field.
