Wrong account downgrade

    Why has my free account be removed?

    I just noticed that my free premium account with all features has been removed!


    I was given the account as i have been loyal and gotten many people to pay for a subscription and provided proof of that. Acting as an evangelist!


    I had the professional level account free of change. Please institute this back to normal.

    Is there by any chance that you can provide us with a link/email where we have granted the 'paid' account level? So we will be able to confirm the account status and change it back right away.
