One of my customers told me that the 'Submit' button on my form is not working for her. She uses Internet Explorer 9. Are there any known compatibility issues with this?

I cloned your form and tested it in IE 9 and the only issue I had was with the data verification in your fields. I was required to go through each field and click down on the spinner to set all of them to 0. Unless I went through all of the fields in set a value to them, I was unable to submit the form. After setting them all to a value, I was indeed able to complete submissions. To remedy this, I would recommend setting a default value of 0 for all your spinners:
This will clear all the errors that do seem to only occur in IE9. They did not occur in the newest FireFox or Chrome.
