How can I add users and grant them form level permissions?

    I need to be able to authorize individuals in my organization to review and download the form submissions, but NOT allow some of these users to edit the form itself.

    How can I add a new user with contributor or author permissions for a selected form or folder?

    They simply need to register a free account at www.jotform.com, then once you have the usernames, you can shared the forms and grant different permissions as explained in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
