Form no longer shows on website, cannot get to source code, error on save.

Asked by violet976 on August 30, 2010 at 10:42 PM

I had my form successfully listed on my website, now it is gone yet the html coding is still in place. When I went to jotform to try & get the coding again (to attempt pasting the full code to see if there was any change), I can no longer grab the code. When I attempt to hit "source" or even "preview" so I can get the code, I instead get the following error:

    File Cannot be saved: /www/cache/2404246183.html

Please help me figure out what is going on & how to get my form up & working again.

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. We are now looking into the problem.

JotForm should work fully now since other servers has taken over the load. You should not see any errors any more.
