    Field "Help" pop-up not disappearing and preventing field entry

    A user of my form informed me that one of the white help text boxes that I created popped up and would not go away. The user could not navigate to the next page or complete the form because the white help text box was covering a required field and the user could not enter any value in the field. The user filled in other fields that were still visible, but the white text box never disappeared. The user exited the form and tried a second time and experienced the same problem. The user did not know what browser they were using. Using Google Chrome, I have not had any problems like this, so it may be a different browser. My work-around has just been to delete all help text boxes with my form, but this is not ideal.

    Do you mean to say that the required message being displayed is obstructing the user to enter information?

    As I check the form on other browsers, it seems to be working fine at my end. This generally happens when a required field is left blank. You may suggest the user to use Tab key to move forward (Shift+Tab to move backward) a field on your JotForm to enter information. Also, please check if he is using a mobile browser to fill in the information. If so, using a desktop browser may be suggested.
