If form gets disabled, do we need to redo it or will it be enabled if we upgrade?

Do I need to redo form once it has been disabled - my form was disabled and I have now paid to upgrade. Thank you..

That usually depends why the form was disabled (phishing - which would result in its removal or over limit, where it is not touched).

In your case, it was due to it being over limit and as such as soon as you upgrade everything is as it was and there was no need for you to recreate the form or any parts of it.
