Form is unresponsive on mobile devices for image and quick fields

Good morning!

My form Quick Fields and top image banner is not responsive to mobile devices in portrait mode when viewing in designer. I did make the form responsive under preferences and in Designer. How do I adjust setting to ensure the mobile phone view is responsive?  Thanks.

Thanks.  I added the mobile widget and it corrected the image overlap. However, the quick tool fields did not respond. 

The solution -

Use the mobile widget and expand all fields so that the form responds correctly.  After expanding all fields, the form responds on all devices.
