    Re-opening an expired form

Asked by troop429 on April 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM

I created a form with an expiration date.  After the form expired, I needed to open it so someone could access it to register for an event.  I tried deleting the expiration date, putting "No Expiration" in the field - nothing I tried allowed us to open the form again.  (I ended up cloning it and sending them a new link - but that's not my favorite solution.)

    Thanks for your help,

The forms shall be disabled once the form is expired as set by the expiry date. You'll need to enable the JotForm and change the expiry date in order to use the form again.

Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
