How can I convert my form into a live link?

    I'm new to jotform so this may be a very simple question ... but how do I take a form and make it a live link?  What I mean by that, is I'm just trying to send this form via email (or paste to a FB page or wherever) so they can click on the link.

    I don't have a URL to post (if I did, I assume that is probably all I need) .... it's only in the "My Forms" section.
