    I cannot upgrade my account.

    We want to upgrade our account, but after we click on on pricing list switch plan a window appear that the account had been upgraded, but we still have the same account.

    I see that your account is now holding Premium status currently. Are you looking for upgrading to Economy plan? If so, we recommend to cancel the current subscription and then upgrade to Economy plan since the current subscription is being paid through our old payment processor BlueSnap and the new payments are now processed through FastSpring.

    If you have already made the payment to upgrade to Economy, please provide us with the order number so that we can help you in switching the current plan.

    Hi thanks for your answer, I already try to cancel suscription, it says it cancel my suscription but I still have the same plan (same message is show when I try to upgrade). Can you help me to upgrade from Premium to Economy plan (monthly paid), because I already try all and cant get upgraded. Thanks. There is no payment or order processed, it appears that the process dont continue correctly.

    Hi I just solved my issue, I click on change credit card, input all my information again, then switch between plans and it works!!!!!

    Since the account is now upgraded to Economy subscription plan, we have also refunded $3.98 for the unused days of your Premium subscription and cancelled it from our end to avoid any further charges on the old plan. Please allow 5-7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
