We are needing help with our submissions. WE originally sent out a SSL link to our JotForm by accident, we do not need this, just a regular link. We have been receiving submissions and have reached our limit of 10 per month. What I did was delete the old submissions and re-enter them using the non-secure link. We have received a notice that the SSL link will be disabled as of Wednesday. Will we lose any data, or will there be a way for our customers to know that the link is no longer active? I'm assuming we cannot reset our number of forms, even though they were just duplicates? Thanks for your time!

Thank you for contacting us.
We do not delete any data, but forms are being temporarily blocked on overlimit accounts with a 'form is currently unavailable' notice.
We have reset the SSL submissions quota on your account, so your forms will not be blocked.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
