I am attempting to create a form for users to upload images. In "testing" the form, my account shows that I have used part of my 100MB upload limit, but I am not receiving the submitted images by email or in my account. Also, the rest of the form (text entries) is not transmitting either (via email or Jotform submissions). I have checked and confirmed the delivery email address. Am I missing a step? Please help. Thanks!

I have made a sample submission in your form and was able to find the submission in your account, could you please recheck if you have received submission/notification from my test? Please reply here as soon as possible so we can provide you further assistance. Thank you!
