Todo mês venho pagando o jotform, e recebi hj um e-mail de que minha conta é free.
Por favor, preciso que verifique, pois os debitos no cartão de crédito estão acontecendo normalmente.

I see that the subscription Premium monthly on your account lucasperon was deactivated on April 10th 2015 since the payment was failed that was due by 28th March 2015. As per our records, it shows that the PayPal rebill declined and hence the account was downgraded to Free account.
If you want to upgrade the account to Premium again, we request you to subscribe to the paid subscription again from our pricing page.
