I just received error messages that submissions weren't going through. If I merge with my corporate account can I receive those submissions?
Additionally, I've only received 20 submissions but your pricing page says that I should get 100.

I took a look at your account and it seems that it is OK - in terms of not being close to limits and the form working properly.
If you wish to transfer the form to some other account, we can do that for you, or if you wish, you can simply create a free plan for yourself since you are now on guest account.
I did however try to submit your jotform myself by going here: http://form.jotform.us/form/50905983100148 and it seems to be opening properly, but that you have set a limit on the number of submissions that are accepted on it.

Thank you for the help link. My submission limit is currently set to no limit. Doesn't that mean that people should not have an issue submitting the form?

I see that the form is still associated with a guest account. It seems that you haven't signed up for a free account yet. Please be noted that the guest accounts are limited to receive only 20 submissions per month. We request you to register a free account using the same email address so that you'll be able to receive upto 100 submissions.
