You sauccessfully imported a form for us that we were using on Adobe Forms Central and I have downloaded that from the link you provided in the email. How do I get that form into my JotForm account and make the switch from pdf to online web form?

I've checked your account and I see that there's a fillable PDF form in it.
Do you want to convert this form to an online form? If this is correct, then you'll need to this manually since PDF forms cannot be converted to online forms automatically.

If you want to continue using your PDF form then you can share the file that was sent to you in the email.

Let us know if this answers your question.

By creating form manually you need to create form from the scratch. If you want to find out how to set up you first form you can read following article:

Probably when you imported forms from Adobe Central you imported PDF version of it. You can import your forms again from Adobe Central by choosing option Forms Only or Forms + Responses.
