When you download submissions, does it include the incomplete submissions?

when I go to "view submissions" on one of my forms, I go close to the bottom of the screen and click on the download button, it brings up an excel spreadsheet of details of submissions, we also have an incomplete folder.. does that excel spreadsheet include the incomplete submissions? or are they considered separate?

In short - no, but let me explain why.

When you view submissions in Submissions Panel, it will only show you the completed submissions and you can only download them.

The incomplete submissions are considered as something that you do not want to have, but again something to just give you more details that there were some submissions, but payments were not made for one reason or another.

You can however go into incomplete payments wizard and mark them as complete - which will not require any payment from your side, but will place the submissions with the others - which you can then download.
