Form not showing up on mobile verion of the site

    Hi.

    I'm using JotForm here:

    http://organizationplus.com/contact/

    Form is not showing up on mobile version of website. I'm using a WordPress plugin, WPTouch Mobile Plugin (BraveNewCode).

    Any ideas?

    Hi Chris,

    It looks like the content of the contact page is not available in the mobile version of the website. This issue lies within your plugin settings so please check it and make sure to include the form in all versions.
