I have to say, it's not the most intuitive way to set up responses - that whole postcard thing is so confusing. But the bigger problem is it keeps using our original setup email (admin@mrpickles.com instead of the email addresses we are trying to forward to.

Hi,
May I know what form and notification you are referring to? Is it the notification titled "Franchisee" in the form "Advertising Request"?
In your conditional logic you are using the tag {email29}
Is {email29} referring to the "Requester Email" field?
If that is the case, it wont work, because you are using a different tag, the field name tag for is {requesterEmail}, you can find it in its properties.
