Common Header for all pages

Dear Sirs,

I am creating a registration form that has multiple pages and was wondering how I create a common header that appears on all those pages?

Hello,

There is no built in feature to display the same header in all the pages of form. You will have to actually add the same header in all the pages of your multi-page form. 

Alternatively, you should go ahead and add "Form Tabs" widget in your form where you will be able to configure if the hear needs to be shown above the tabs. Please check the screenshot below:
