pdf. attachments with Infusionsoft
We're using a jot form to collect resumes in an Infusionsoft campaign. For some reason, pdf files are not coming through. They show up on the jot form notification, but not in the Infusionsoft email. See attached screen shot. I've checked the settings to make sure pdf's are allowed. Word docs seem to work fine, but not pdfs.
Looks like you might have an issue with the URL encoding. See how there's a space - space.submission.pdf? That's causing the link to break. In other words, it's not merging the correct URL into your Infusionsoft email because it's missing the - submission.pdf.

We have raised a ticket about this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any ETA on this, but we will update this thread if we have any updates.
