I would like be able to add a row in the response table manually or edit/correct cells within JotForms.
Several of our Adobe Forms were setup this way with an "Official Use" column we were able to utilize only from our "backside" of the application. Or easily correct an entry.
Are you referring to the "table" that is in the responses you receive from submissions of your form via an email notification?
If you are referring to the table that arrives with the information in it when your form is filled in then yes that is the one that is apart of your email notification. Please see Setting-Up-Email-Notifications which will explain more how to access it so that you can modify the Email Template with the tools in the above toolbar to add in another cell row or column that is more to your liking.
If that's not what you meant then can you please tell us what "table response" you are referring to on your form so that we can better assist you?
No, I am looking to be able to edit the "Submissions" Response Table.
I realize I can export to Excel, but I need my live results to be correct as we share the url link of responses between multiple people.
Maybe this method will help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/194-How-to-Assign-a-Status-to-Submissions. This one allows you to add a hidden field in the form, fill it up only when viewing/editing a submission in the backend or form submissions page.
Or, you can edit directly the submission made by someone. You have to view the form submissions page:
In the form submissions page, you have to click "Edit" button to edit a submission:
You can also get the Edit Link through email. Just simply add the "edit_link" tag in the Notifier and this will be automatically converted to a link where you can click and edit the submission:
