    I see that your FREE account had already exceeded the submission limits for the month.

    You can check the different limits in the https://www.jotform.com/pricing

    If your submission limits keeps being exceeded on your subscription account, you should opt for the next higher subscription plan. You can upgrade the subscription using the upgrade button in the JotForm Pricing page
