What Google Spreadsheet function can be used to copy the dynamic data to another sheet?

What Excel function can be used to copy the dynamic data (on the Excel report) from sheet 1 so that the data can be manipulated on separate sheets without breaking the integration link? I remember seeing this detailed in a previous inquiry and can't seem to find it now. One of the JotForm experts provided the information previously.

You mention Excel report and integration link. Do you mean Google Spreadsheet instead?
