I'd like to be able to have this feature available to me, specifically when using an editable PDF on an ipad.  I am currently converting over my web forms to PDF so that I can make a editable PDF form and use it in the PDF expert app on an ipad.  With this form we will be collecting job performance data on construction projects.  The form acts as a daily report and I'd like to use the upload file button as a way to upload a photo taken on the ipad and submit with the report.

    Hi,

I'm sorry, but the File Upload field is hidden at this time on the PDF files since you can’t transfer file attachments to our servers via a PDF.

Please check this guide for more details about PDF version of your form:

A workaround for now would be to use the web version of the form. You can use our Add to Home Screen widget so you can add a shortcut to your device home screen to access the form.

Here's how you can add a widget to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

Please get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
