I do not receive any emails from jotform

    I do not receive any emails from jotform toTrial@tutor.com or Trials@tutor.com (Distribution List & alias)

    We are able to receive external emails and also internal emails. Other Distribution lists are able to receive from JotForm. Please let us know what could be the issue.

    Hi Pedro,

    I'm sorry to hear that, but I can't find any logs for the mentioned email addresses in our server. If you could send us the form URL, we would be happy to re-check it for you. It could be your settings, not properly configured or your account email address is listed in our bounce list.
