My account is disabled?

Hi I have tried to create the same form in three lanuages:

French, German and English. So I copied the original and changed the fieldnames.

    Now the  forms are disabled.

As I read your information, I understand why.

I should put the language of the form to the same language as the fieldanmes, right?

Can you please reactivate my account.

    Thanks on beforehand

    Roland

    Hi,

I checked your forms and this form:

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51055502658352

Is what caused your account to be suspended.  It was due to your description of the Captcha:

    entrez le code de sécurité

Our system mistook this link as asking for a security code or password.  Since asking for this information is against our terms of use, our system mistook your form as a phishing form.

I changed the line in your form to simply say "Captcha" so that I could enable your account without our system having any trouble with it.  You can change it whatever you would like but I would recommend staying away from using anything close to security code or anything of that nature.  Your account and forms should once again be active.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Hello and thanks for your kind and quick response.

By now the forms are still disabled and my login doesn't accept my password any more.
I still seem to be banned.   :-(

As it is late in Germany now, I think I'll try again tomorrow.
Perhaps you can check again what causes the problem. Thanks again on beforehand  and many greetings.

    Roland

Our system didn't update the change I made to your form.  My apologies.  I reactivated your account again and whitelisted the form to make sure it did not happen again.  If you have any further trouble, let us know and we will follow up as soon as we can.

My account is disabled? Image 1 Screenshot 20I'm so sorry to bother you again.

Following your advise, I just typed "entrer capatcha", but again me and my form are banned.

I can asure you, that I don't plan anything bad. I just want to create a contact-form, containing name, town, country, message and a capatcha.

    What am I doing wrong?

Could you please help me again?

    Friendly greetings

    Roland

Again, my apologies.  It seems as though our system keeps interpreting your form fields as something they are not.  I whitelisted your new form and reactivated your account.  This time it was the combination of "pays", "entrer" and "capatcha".  No idea why our system thought that these three words were enough to suspend your account.  In any case, the two forms you had trouble with should no longer cause any trouble.  If you make another similar form, this may happen again.  Unfortunately there is not much we can do on our end other than reactivate your account and whitelist the new form if it happens.

    Hi David,

it's me again. Well, thanks again from my side for your help so far.
Unluckily I could not implement the whitelisted French form on my French site. Somehow (because of the form ID-number?) the iframe still pointed at the English version of my forms, although I had copied the "xara-code" into my French website-page.

So I thought I was a clever idea to create a new ID-number by duplicating the French form to refer to this new one. I thought the combination of my French fieldnames were wihitelisted, not the individual form - bad idea - As an expert you might already know what happened.

My account is suspened - again :-(

Would you please be so kind to give ne your "daily help" and let me live again?
Thank you, thank you, thank you :-)

(I wonder if this will be the beginning of a long relationship  :-)   )

Hoping not getting on yout nerves by now
    I rermain with friendly greetings

    Roland

Seems that our system detected phishing activity coming from your account. Phishing Detector allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc.

However this tool is not updated to scan Arabic, French and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended. Considering that you have form on French language, your account is auto suspended by our tool.

I reactivated your account but please follow next steps to avoid further suspensions.

To avoid further suspensions we recommend using of the Language Translator tool to set your form into French or any other language that might be suspended automatically.

To access our Language Translator tool

    1. Edit an existing form or create a new one

    2. Go to the Setup & Embed tab and click "Preferences"

    3. In the Preferences window, click "Advance Settings"

    4. Look for the "Languages" and click "Edit Form Languages" button

To find out more how to set languages you can read on following article:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual

On following thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/447134-Form-in-Arabic-language-suspended-   you can find more information about similar problem.

    Hope this will help.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    No, it shouldn't be.

I just checked your account/username RSW  and the forms, and as of this writing, the account is Active and non of the form/s are blocked.

Please go ahead and do the updates/modifications you need on the form.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
