Is it possible to send the submissions in a different file format using Google Drive integration?Asked by fguimarin on April 16, 2015 at 03:25 PM
I'd like to be able to remove the names off of the forms for reviewers in google drive leaving just a unique form id. I can't do this easily with the PDF that is sent to google drive. Is there a good work around that is not time consuming?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
The integration will always send the submission in PDF format.
If what you want is to use a code instead of a name to identify your form in Google Drive then you can change the name of your form and use a code instead.
This code will also be shown in the PDF file
Is this what you're referring to?

Or another option could be using the applicant id you have in your form to identify the folder where the submission is saved.
