Adobe's service used to be called Echosign. There is a web interface where you import a PDF, then add the signature field and any other signer requirements, enter recipients and send. We already have licenses for this which is why I would like to find a way to use it with JotForms.
What I've tried:
I imported and Adobe Forms Central form into JotForm.
I edited form in Jotform interface, and changed some submission settings.
I exported the Jotform to PDF.
I imported the PDF Jotform to Adobe Document Cloud.
I added the signature field, entered some test email addresses and fired it off.
When the recipient fills out the form, a notification is sent to me (as the Adobe DC account owner) and to the recipient. However, the submission is not recorded in Jotform, nor do Jotform notifications go out.
I know this is a tricky one, but I'd love to hear if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks,
Derrick

Hi,
We actually do not yet have the option to add Adobe's new esign service. However, we do have a widget on the way and should be released quite soon. As in, any day now. Just keep an eye out for our newsletter that will let you know as soon as it's live.
