I need immediate assistance.
We are a merchant services company, we use your services for having merchants register on our site, then we use ClinchPad.com to track our leads.
We have a terrible issue in which some of the information that is transferred to ClinchPad is not accurate.
For example: Tax ID's are not transferred, weird notes are popping up, I contacted ClinchPad and they said it is most likely coming from your end.
Please assist, I am willing to pay to have this matter resolved.

I cloned your form and did a test submission. I was able to get all the data correctly. They showed up properly in the email notifications and in the submissions area.
Please check the email notifications and submissions area, check if the data is complete. If the data is complete in the email and in the submissions, then the problem could be with Clinchpad.
