In jot form the email doesnot receive to my mail. and also i want to add two more mail id the details should be send to the two more mails.
Upon checking the form in your website, I see that you have created 4 notifiers with different email addresses, if you would like to add multiple recipient addresses, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
Also, may I know what email address you are not receiving notifications? We'll wait for your response.
