What happened to my form?

    I created a form and saved it several times (I think it even autosaved several times). When I log in to my free account, I see a message that says "Hey, you have no forms".

    When I log in using the login fields towards the bottom right of the home page, I see my form name and an option to edit it, but when I click on edit form, all I see is a blank screen - no form to edit.

    Not sure what the problem is, but can you please fix this so I dont have to re-create the form? Thanks.

    One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. We are now looking into the problem.

    JotForm should work fully now since other servers has taken over the load. You should not see any errors any more.
