Basically I want to be able share the pdf with a specific audience, i've added the link the email notification so the person completing the my form but I want this link available to other people?
So ideally I want to be able to transfer this link to teamwork via Zapier (as I do with the fields of the form), or can I set up a simple email list that will receive the email notification of receipt of completing form?

To my knowledge Zapier is very powerful tool for convergence to sent data to places in other third-party softwares that wouldn't normally be possible.
My knowledge about Teamwork is somewhat limited so I would need some time to try to test this more to see if it's possible for TW to accept the pdf link or not and then I will get back to you about this as soon as I know more about it later on.
Additionally though, I would like to point out that you can assign the pdf tag link as a default value for certain fields. This might possibly work to your advantage though it is something that I don't think we could fully guarantee.
I do know that Zapier does allow submissons and notifications connections for zaps which may make it possible to make it somehow work between the two with the pdf tag in it to have it submit that into TeamWork. However, that would only work if TeamWork can support reading the data once it has been received there.

Okay so I started to test this a little bit but it seems that TW has a couple of different platforms within it so I am unsure of which you are actually needing it to be sent?
If you could tell me where so that I could test it out better then I could certainly look into it more.
I noticed at first there is a TW Projects and also a TW Desk as well as a TW Chat.
I think it's safe to rule out the Chat but I'm not exactly sure which of the other two you would seek to send it into if I am even in the right spot to check it further as you are seeking that is.
Additionally, I've done some additional digging but so far I'm not finding much about their service as far as accepting custom url parameters for the pdf tag to work so I can't say yes or no about that just yet either.
