Ability to rename PDF file format of a submission based on a field in the form

I just want to clarify whether you mean the PDF output when you click "Get PDF" in the form submissions page or through PDF Link in the Notification Email? That is since you've mentioned without Dropbox and Google Drive Integration. Please confirm.

Hi,

When clicking the PDF Link in the autoresponder/notifier email, I would like to have the PDF named based on my fields.

For example, if a form was submitted relating to a particular site (drop down option), I would like this to be in the name, as well as the date (another field on my form).

I am trying to remove the need for someone to manually download all the submissions and re-name according to their contents.

Thank you for the clarification. I have now submitted this as a feature request. Our developers would decide and let you know in this thread for updates.

For now, you may consider doing this through Dropbox or Google Drive or Box.net integrations.

Unfortunately, it seems like this won't be implemented anytime sooner. But, you can achieve renaming the PDF submissions in the Dropbox or Google Drive integration.

Here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/255-How-to-setup-folders-using-UniqueID-in-Dropbox. So basically, the guide uses the Unique ID widget, but this is also applicable to other form fields in renaming the submission that will be uploaded to your Dropbox.
