Form is not responsive

    I added the widget, got the embed code and pasted into website, uploaded to server. Doesn’t show up on iphones and when I test in Firefox I see everything but the form. Am I doing something wrong?

    After checking your site I noticed that your form is not responsive, however when I tested your form outside of the web site the form is responsive. 

    I also noticed that you are using script block (source code) for embedding your form on website. Maybe this is causing the problem. We recommend using of iFrame code. You can try to replace source code with iFrame to see if the form will be responsive. In this article you can find out how to do it.
