Registration button is not linking to the form

     Hello! Please help ASAP? No one can register for a cooking class. Registration button is not linking to the form. Detail below. Thank you!. 

    The problem is the  FRIDAY - SUNDAY Class Registration button (orange and green button)  is not linking to the below form.

    I tested the site and the button is linking to the mentioned form:
